This is my latest design for a doll’s house carpet. It’s a prayer rug, suitable for any one twelfth scale doll’s house or room setting. It’s stitched with one strand of Appleton’s crewel wool on 18 count interlock canvas. The kit contains everything you need to stitch the design (called ‘ Natalia’) for yourself – all the wools, plenty of canvas, a colour-block chart to count the design from (the design isn’t printed on the canvas), a needle and detailed instructions.
